1. Player Joins AR Elite
- Player completes registration and induction.
- Introduction meeting with coaches to set personal goals.
- Baseline assessment of technical, tactical, physical, and psychological abilities.
2. High-Level Coaching and Structured Training
- UEFA-qualified and ex-professional coaches.
- Focused on the 4-Corner Model: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological.
- GPS vests and performance data tracking.
- Video analysis sessions to review and improve performances.
3. Competitive Exposure: Junior Premier League (JPL)
- Weekly high-level competition.
- Evaluation based on consistency, decision-making, work rate, and coachability.
- Monthly progress reports provided.
4. Elite Opportunity: Represent AR Elite 11 Program
- Selection of top-performing players (Players that perform will get called up)
- Fixtures against professional academies (Hull City, Burnley, Leeds, Blackburn, Stoke, etc.).
- Professional-level tactical preparation and mindset coaching.
5. Scouting Opportunities and Player Pathways
- Scouts attend Elite 11 games.
- Opportunities for academy contracts and scholarships.
- Ongoing support during trials and beyond.
