This program is specifically targeted at players aged U13 to U18 who have previously played at a high level or have experience within a professional academy environment.

The Elite Program provides a highly competitive and professional training environment, with a focus on preparing players for the next step in their football journey — whether that’s re-entering the academy system or stepping into professional opportunities.

Our sessions are built around the four-corner model of player development:

Technical/Tactical: Enhancing individual technique and understanding of the game Physical: Improving athletic ability, strength, and conditioning Psychological: Building resilience, focus, and a winning mentality Social: Developing communication, leadership, and teamwork skills

Players invited into this program will train alongside others at a similarly high standard, pushing each other to excel and ensuring the level of competition and intensity remains elite.
